I am in a sandwich course and I work in a shop of ready to wear which name is Mon Imper.
It’s a family owned company created in 1947, however there is only one point of sale located in Paris in the 9th district.
On the whole, we are targeting men and women aged 45 to 60, therefore we sell several brands and high quality products. By the way we have customers between 25 to 75.
We offer a large choice of clothes and accessories, for instance coats, trousers, jumpers but also hats, ties…

As part of my sandwich course, I work in a ready-to-wear shop called Mon Imper. It is a family-owned company, which was created in 1947. However, there is only one retail shop / boutique located in Paris' 9th arrondissement.
On the whole, we are targeting 45 to 60-year-old people ; that is why we sell several brands and high quality products. In the end / in fact, our customers are 25 to 75 years old. We offer a large choice of clothes and accessories, for instance coats, trousers, jumpers but also hats, ties…

The staff is composed of 3 employees, 2 sellers and 1 shop manager.
In my job, I am in charge of advising and selling to customers. Moreover I am responsable for window displaying by myself and cleaning the shop.
Finally I am in charge of doing the order and organizing the delivery with suppliers.
In spite of the good atmosphere, it’s boring to work in this company because it’s too repetitive and customers for the most part are very old fashioned.
Nevertheless, I gained in autonomy, maturity and selling skills.
